We’re excited to partner with professionals who share our mission to help restaurants grow through smarter marketing, automation, and customer loyalty systems.
This agreement outlines how our affiliate program works, what’s expected from both parties, and how you’ll be rewarded for helping us reach more restaurant owners and managers. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1 - Overview
This Affiliate Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Network Marketing Service Inc., doing business as BookedTables.com (“BookedTables,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and the approved affiliate partner (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”).
Our affiliate program rewards approved partners for referring restaurants that purchase and actively use the BookedTables Loyalty and Reactivation System.
2 - Affiliate Approval Process
To maintain a high level of quality and integrity within our program:
All applicants must complete the affiliate application form.
Each applicant will be contacted for a short phone or Zoom interview as part of the approval process.
U.S. affiliates must submit a completed Form W-9 before receiving payment. Available HERE (a new window will open)
Canadian affiliates must provide their equivalent tax documentation.
Affiliates may be required to provide an EIN or SSN for verification and tax purposes.
3 - Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 40% commission on both the Setup Fee and the Monthly Service Fee, paid monthly for as long as the referred restaurant remains an active, paying customer.

Monthly Service Fees:
$599 (up to 999 contacts)
$999 (1,000–1,999 contacts)
$1,599 (2,000–2,999 contacts)
$2,199 (3,000–4,999 contacts)
Commissions are based on the amounts actually collected from the client.
4 - Payment Terms
Commissions are paid monthly on all funded deals.
A “funded deal” means funds have cleared our bank account, which typically occurs five (5) business days after client payment.
Monthly billing and commission eligibility begin once the restaurant’s service is live (after setup and website completion).
Commissions are paid in U.S. dollars.
Bank or wire fees charged by our financial institution will be deducted from the affiliate’s commission payout. U.S. affiliates typically incur no or minimal fees;
Canadian affiliates may experience a $35–$45 standard wire fee.
A minimum payout threshold of $200 applies; smaller balances carry over to the next month.
Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes on commissions received.
5 - Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer refund, chargeback, or payment reversal occurs for a transaction that generated an affiliate commission, the corresponding commission will be deducted from future payouts.
6 - Referral Tracking
Each affiliate is assigned a unique tracking link (affiliate code).
When a prospect visits BookedTables.com using your affiliate link, tracking cookies associate the referral with your account.
The tracking remains valid for six (6) months from the first visit.
If the client signs up within that time, the sale is credited to your account.
All tracking and lead ownership are verified through the BookedTables system. In the event of a dispute, system records serve as the final authority.
7 - Affiliate Tools & Access
Affiliates receive:
Full use of BookedTables.com and approved marketing materials.
Access to our CRM system to communicate with prospects and track referrals.
Ongoing support, updates, and guidance from the BookedTables affiliate team.
Affiliates may not create websites or promotional materials that misrepresent the BookedTables brand without prior written approval.
8 - Data Privacy & CRM Use
Affiliates agree to use CRM access responsibly and maintain the confidentiality of all prospect and customer information.
Data obtained through the BookedTables CRM or website may not be exported, shared, or used for any purpose other than promoting BookedTables services.
9 - Promotional Guidelines & Marketing Ethics
We value honest, transparent marketing. Affiliates must:
Present the BookedTables service accurately.
Avoid misleading claims or false guarantees.
Refrain from spam emails, SMS blasts, or unsolicited messages.
Use only approved discount codes and materials.
Avoid using “BookedTables” or similar brand names in paid ads without written consent.
Affiliates found engaging in deceptive or unethical marketing may be removed from the program without notice.
10 - Brand Usage
Affiliates may use BookedTables’ approved logos, media, and marketing materials solely for promoting the program.
Logos or materials may not be modified, resold, or repurposed without written consent from BookedTables.
11 - Non-Compete & Non-Circumvention
Affiliates agree not to create, promote, or represent a competing restaurant loyalty, reactivation, or automation program that substantially replicates the BookedTables system, branding, or materials.
Affiliates may not directly solicit or offer similar services to any active or former BookedTables client for a period of twelve (12) months following termination of this Agreement.
This clause does not restrict affiliates from pursuing unrelated marketing or consulting work outside of the BookedTables model.
12 - Relationship of the Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or authorized representatives of BookedTables.
13 - Confidentiality
Affiliates may gain access to confidential information including systems, processes, pricing, and client data.
All such information must be kept strictly confidential and used only for promoting BookedTables services.
14 - Liability & Indemnification
BookedTables is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Network Marketing Service Inc., BookedTables.com, and their representatives against claims related to breach, misuse, or misrepresentation.
15 - Agreement Duration & Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions on funded deals will be paid in the next payout cycle.
Affiliate access and promotional rights will be revoked immediately upon termination.
BookedTables reserves the right to review and renew affiliate participation annually.
16 - Agreement Updates
BookedTables may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email or within the affiliate dashboard.
Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

18 - Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
We believe clear communication prevents most problems. In the rare event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled through binding arbitration rather than in court.
Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and take place in the State of Arizona, where Network Marketing Service Inc. is headquartered.
Each party will bear its own legal costs unless otherwise required by law.
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
19 - Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, systems, designs, training, and documentation provided by BookedTables remain the exclusive property of Network Marketing Service Inc.
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved materials solely for the purpose of promoting BookedTables services.
No part of BookedTables content, trademarks, or systems may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.
20 - Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including acts of nature, government restrictions, labor disputes, power outages, or other unforeseen events.
During such circumstances, affected obligations will be suspended until the event is resolved, after which normal operations will resume as soon as practical.
